Confirm the included Duet360 functionality in your proposal. Do not assume that additional AI, MCP or joint-platform requirements are included in the out-of-the-box implementation…

Your Infor Velocity Suite questions, answered.

Does Duet360 replace Infor Velocity Suite?

No. The products can play complementary roles. Evaluate Infor’s available process improvement and automation capabilities, then identify the Salesforce, CPQ and ERP handoffs where Duet360’s packaged business processes are appropriate. Avoid duplicating work already handled by the deployed Infor solution.

Are the joint AI use cases available out of the box?

Joint AI use cases are proposed and depend on available tools and the agreed implementation scope. Duet360 provides a prebuilt process foundation, but the project must verify the specific joint connection, supported operations, approvals and test evidence before making an availability commitment.

Does this require an Infor MCP server?

Not every workflow requires Model Context Protocol. Use supported interfaces and the process capabilities available in the environment.

If an MCP-enabled AI experience is proposed, verify the named service, permitted tools and support ownership separately rather than treating ordinary API connectivity as MCP support.

Can this support multiple Infor companies and warehouses?

Duet360 supports scoped multi-company and multi-site process designs. Confirm the actual Infor environments and company-specific record relationships, then test routing, validation and returned status for each included entity. AI-generated recommendations remain subject to those rules.

Which outcome should we measure first?

Choose one process and set a baseline. Examples include:

  • Time spent researching an order.
  • The share of orders accepted without manual correction.
  • Time spent resolving an error.

Record transaction volumes and the source of each measure.

For a joint Velocity Suite and Duet360 pilot, also check answer accuracy, permissions and human review. Customer integration results elsewhere on this site describe those named projects. They are not measured results for a new joint AI pilot.

Who reviews a failed Velocity Suite and Duet360 handoff?

Name the business process owner and technical support contacts during design.

  • Identify steps that stay within the supported Infor environment.
  • Identify steps that cross into Salesforce, CPQ or another system through Duet360.
  • Verify permissions, error details, approvals and final transaction status.

Joint AI use cases depend on the available services, interfaces, licensing and tested scope.

Is Duet360 implementation offered at a fixed fee?
