At the helm is President and Chief Executive Officer Rita Hienekamp, whose strategic acumen and commitment to technological advancement drive the company's trajectory. Chief Commercial Officer, Kyle van Jahnke brings a wealth of Sales Expertise, resulting in aggressive growth of the Company. Chief Technology Officer, Brian Peters, leads the charge in technological innovation, spearheading the development of cutting-edge software solutions. Together, this dynamic team steers Endowance Solutions towards its mission of revolutionizing the realm of enterprise software solutions.

President and Chief Executive Officer

As Endowance’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Rita is very well-positioned to lead Endowance Solutions to new a new Level. Rita has been in the Software Development industry for over 28 years and has worked for several big Software Development Companies including Siebel Systems and  Oracle during her career.  That experience has helped Rita to found Endowance Solutions in 2007. Endowance Solutions started as a Salesforce Consulting business, but in 2016 transformed into a SAAS Company, due to the development of Duet360. Rita and team were responsible for the development and Go-To-Market strategy of Duet360. From 2007 onwards Rita worked mostly on Customer Projects, mainly implementing Salesforce.

Rita's strength is her attention to detail, and her passion for developing new technologies, helping companies be more efficient. In addition, her love for Data Quality is unparalleled, which means she is often times found to work with the teams if her support is needed.

 

In her personal life she enjoys several hobbies, including downhill skiing, snowmobiling, hiking and boating. Her biggest hobby is being with her husband and 2 rescued Black Labs.

Rita holds a Masters in Computer Sciences from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft)

Kyle van Jahnke

Chief Commercial Officer

As Endowance’s Chief Commercial Officer, Kyle spearheads revenue growth, forges strategic partnerships, and shapes go-to-market strategies. With over 25 years of Direct and Indirect sales experience, Kyle has garnered invaluable insights from esteemed industry giants such as Microsoft, Sugar CRM, SAP, and INFOR. His professional journey through the realms of sales, management, and executive leadership has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence, a keen strategic acumen, and an innate ability to inspire and lead teams to success.

Throughout his career, Kyle has honed his expertise in building and nurturing high-performing direct sales and channel teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence. His leadership has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and market expansion initiatives across diverse industries and geographies.

Before joining Endowance, Kyle served as the VP of Global Partnerships at Planful, where he built a robust global reseller channel comprised of 50+ partners. Additionally, he revamped Planful's Tech Alliance strategy, securing partnerships with Microsoft, Trintech, and Acumatica. Kyle's strategic initiatives also extended Planful's delivery footprint through the strategic onboarding of implementation partners worldwide.

Noteworthy is Kyle's distinguished service as a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served with honor and distinction. His commendable service is underscored by accolades including the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal, and letters of commendation, reflecting his commitment to excellence both in military service and in the professional realm.

Brian Peters

VP, Product Development

Brian, in his role as VP, Product Development  occupies a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic vision and executing its product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs, technological trends, and overarching business objectives. Brian brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, having honed his skills through a journey of leadership roles. Prior to assuming the role at Endowance Solutions, he held key positions where he led cross-functional teams in developing transformative solutions that redefined industries and elevated customer experiences.

Brian’s military service helped to create his amazing strategic foresight and keen understanding of market dynamics. He possesses a knack for identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable insights that inform product strategy and development. This foresight, coupled with his strong technical acumen and business acuity, enables him to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on new opportunities with precision and agility.

An alumnus of University of Phoenix, Brian holds a master’s degree in business with a Project Management emphasis helped to cultivate a strong foundation in Product Development.  He is deeply passionate about staying abreast of the latest enhancements, often participating in industry conferences, thought leadership events, and actively engaging with the broader tech community.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian finds joy and inspiration in being active, with outdoors activities like softball, snowboarding hiking, and boating, but more than anything else he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

As the VP of Product Development, Brian remains steadfast in his commitment to driving innovation, shaping the future of Endowance Solutions, and delivering unparalleled value to customers worldwide.
