Your questions, answered.
What is Duet360 OneOffice?
Duet360 OneOffice is a prebuilt Salesforce–ERP integration and business process orchestration platform for manufacturers and distributors.
Its packaged business processes connect customer-facing work with operational records such as quotes, orders, shipments, invoices, receivables and service information, according to the agreed package and environment.
This focus is useful when sales, production, distribution and finance must follow the same transaction across systems. Confirm the exact ERP release, available interfaces, company and site structure, and required operations before agreeing the implementation scope.
How is Duet360 different from a basic connector or a blank iPaaS toolkit?
Duet360 includes prebuilt processes, reusable mappings, validation, sequencing, monitoring and error handling for the agreed Salesforce–ERP scope.
A general integration toolkit supplies building blocks. Compare how much process design, setup and ongoing ownership each proposal includes.
Prebuilt processes do not require identical business rules.
- Agree data ownership, approvals, company and site mappings.
- Confirm the standard features in the fixed-fee implementation.
- Review a successful transaction and a rejected handoff.
- Check correction and controlled reprocessing.
How do we confirm coverage for our ERP environment?
Provide the ERP product, release, hosting model, companies, sites and required records or transactions.
- Confirm the package and supported interface.
- Define read/write actions, timing, permissions and acceptance tests.
- Keep custom work and proposed compatibility separate from current packaged features.
Vendor references and customer stories provide context. They do not certify every release or action.
Duet360 can connect multiple ERP systems and companies to one Salesforce organization, subject to the agreed package, interfaces and customer environment.
Does Duet360 support cloud and on-premises ERP?
Yes. Duet360 supports cloud and on-premises ERP environments based on the platform and available integration methods.
Which process should we prioritize in a Duet360 OneOffice rollout?
Choose a process with clear owners and measurable friction, such as approved quote-to-order handoffs or order-status visibility. Confirm the records, interfaces, rules and exception path before expanding the scope.
How are Salesforce and ERP systems of record defined?
Agree which application owns each customer, product, price, order and financial field. Document identifier mappings and permitted updates so conflicting information can be resolved consistently.
Can OneOffice workflows cover multiple companies or sites?
Multi-company and multi-site processes require explicit company, site, warehouse and customer mappings. Routing and permissions should be configured and tested for the agreed ERP environment and business rules.
What should be tested before a OneOffice launch?
Test accepted and rejected transactions using representative customer, product, company and site references. Include invalid data, changed pricing, unavailable services and duplicate submissions. Confirm the expected outcome and responsible owner for each test.
For a failed handoff, verify what has already been accepted before reprocessing. Record the configured retry behavior, duplicate controls, approvals and monitoring responsibilities as part of business acceptance.
How can we measure the value of OneOffice orchestration?
Set a baseline for manual effort, rekeying, order research and exception resolution. Compare the same workflows after rollout, keeping transaction volumes and adoption in view rather than treating estimates as guaranteed savings.
What happens when a Duet360 transaction is rejected?
The documented process foundation checks required business information and sequences dependent records. Rejected messages are surfaced with context for review and reprocessing after the underlying issue is corrected.
During implementation, agree the reviewer, available transaction references, permitted corrective actions and escalation path. Test retry and duplicate-prevention behavior for the configured workflow rather than assuming every interface behaves the same way.
How should we evaluate high-volume Salesforce order and invoice flows?
Assess the actual workload rather than assuming that a prebuilt connector guarantees capacity. Define typical and peak order and invoice volumes, line counts, message sizes, concurrent activity, ERP response times and acceptable data freshness.
Include backlog and recovery requirements in the test plan.
Test representative Duet360 business processes in the agreed environment and record measured results and acceptance criteria. Customer productivity improvements and project timelines describe those implementations; they are not universal throughput, uptime or capacity benchmarks.
How long does a Salesforce–ERP integration implementation take?
Endowance’s product material gives an indicative four-to-six-week time to value for a scoped implementation. This is planning guidance, not a delivery guarantee.
Standard out-of-the-box functionality uses a fixed implementation fee for the agreed scope.
- Confirm access to Salesforce and ERP.
- Check data readiness, mappings and approvals.
- Allow for testing and extra requirements.
- Ask for a written scope, acceptance criteria and launch plan.
A customer’s past timeline is not a promise for every project.
What should project-based manufacturers confirm before integrating Salesforce and ERP?
Start with the customer commitment and the records needed to deliver it:
- The accepted quote, customer and ship-to IDs.
- Product configuration and the ERP order.
- Project or job references, fulfillment status and invoices.
Confirm which records and actions the Duet360 package and ERP interfaces support.
Project planning, engineering, costing and billing depend on the ERP and agreed scope. Do not assume work-breakdown structures, project costing, milestone billing or every engineer-to-order need is included out of the box.
Test a sample project. Separate standard setup from extra work before agreeing the fixed fee.
Can Duet360’s packaged business processes adapt to our business rules?
No. Duet360 does not force customers into rigid workflows. Customers have full flexibility to adapt their business processes. Its prebuilt, packaged business processes provide a reusable starting point with mappings, validation, sequencing and exception handling.
Agree the required process, change ownership and acceptance tests for your environment. The fixed-fee implementation covers the agreed out-of-the-box functionality; additional implementation requirements are scoped separately.
Is Duet360 implementation offered at a fixed fee?
Duet360 has a fixed implementation fee for its out-of-the-box functionality. The fee covers the prebuilt business processes in your agreed standard scope. This gives you a clear basis for budget planning.
Confirm the included features and implementation scope in your proposal. Standard integration support is included within package scope. Confirm third-party licensing, enhanced support and additional work separately.
